All the staff members are amazingly nice and welcoming. Make sure to get apartment with big balcony and personal kitchen.

The service was very good, including savoury breakfasts and a clean pool. There were comfortable beds and a fridge, an electric kettle, and air conditioning in the apartment. The location was ideal, within a close distance from Platanias Beach.

Eva and Katya were awesome in hooking us up with an ocean view double room #219. My wife and I stayed there with my 6 year old son and we listened to the surf every night. Terrific room! I would definitely stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was excellent with marvellous and beautiful location close to the beach very close to the main town. We booked apartment for 7 nights and had a wonderful stay. Location: the venue was near to supermarkets, bars and restaurants and places to drink...

Excellent location with many bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Public bus stop close. Cozy and quiet, just off the main road, with a beach only 7 steps down from the pool. Very clean and well-maintained territory with tropical plants. Friendly staff go above and beyond. Delicious and varied food in the restaurant and fabulous coffee with milk. Inflatables allowed in both swimming pools.

Overall had really nice stay on our yearly Crete visit. Got the same good sized and brand-new apartment on to seaview booked online, enjoyed that. It was in a particularly good location down the west coast which was super easy to do.

The pool area was very small and only few sun beds, however the beach is right in front of the hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem right on the beach. The views are absolutely stunning and the location couldn't be better. The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with individual balconies to enjoy the fresh sea breeze. And the breakfast included is a treat, with a wide variety of tasty local dishes to choose from.

I stayed in a hotel with my family on the west coast of Crete, which had an amazing location on a sandy beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a quick room service and regular cleaning. We enjoyed having breakfast with a great choice of food and a good quality buffet. the hotel had a pool with a sea view and good-sized rooms to stay in.

The sunbeds around the hotel pool were often reserved early by other guests which was frustrating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the sandy beach and in the center of the city. The hotel facilities were great with a well-maintained swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with any questions I had about transportation or parking. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, including my own room which had a small kitchen corner with complete amenities. Lastly, the hotel's breakfast was one of the best I've ever had away from home!

I recently stayed at a great value for money hotel right on the beach. With a small extra charge, I had a direct sea view that was definitely worth the money. I loved sitting on the balcony in the evening, enjoying a cold glass of white wine while watching the sea. The hotel grounds were well-maintained with low buildings and beautiful inner yards filled with flowers. The location was fantastic, right on the beach and close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms were clean and comfortable, almost like individual apartments or small houses. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for day trips. The internet also worked well, which was a pleasant surprise. a super experience that will bring me back next year.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right on the beach. The location was perfect for relaxing by the sea and enjoying the beautiful view. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms had individual balconies with a view of the ocean. The breakfast, served with local tasty dishes, was a great way to start the day.
